Sonora Lions 10th Annual Glenn Bass Run/Walk is a community event to benefit the Sonora High School Cross Country Team.

The 12th Sonora Lions Glenn Bass Community Run/Walk will be held for the third year at the Sonora High School Wildcat Ranch Cross Country Course.
Runners and walkers have two options. You can run or walk a one mile (1 M) loop or you can run or walk a 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) which takes you through the entire Cross Country Course.
The 5K run/walk is the same course as the Varsity Cross Country Team course.

Same Day Registration, Check-in and Shirt pick up starts at 7:00 a.m.
One Mile Run/Walk starts at 8 a.m.
5K Run/Walk starts at 8:30 a.m.

Corner of Tuolumne and Wards Ferry Roads, Sonora CA.
Entrance is on Wards Ferry Road, first driveway on the left.
No Dogs are allowed at the Wildcat Ranch.

About the Course:
The Sonora High Wildcat Ranch is a scenic, 100% dirt course winds around open meadows, through shaded oak woodlands, and up and down rolling hills. Since 2015 the Wildcat Ranch Cross Country Course has been the official Cross Country team's course for the last five years.
The Wildcat Ranch Course was designed, engineered, built, and marked by three varsity cross country runners (and their supporters) as three different senior projects with volunteer time, labor and materials as their gift to the running community.
Runners, walkers and cheerers at the Glenn Bass Run/Walk will have the opportunity to experience a beloved woodland course that embodies the spirit of cross country running.

3 deep in each age group Male and Female - 1 Mile & 5K
9 and under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Special prize to overall top Male and Female finishers in 5K
Tee shirts to all pre-registered runners
Ribbons to all finishers
Shirt Sizes:
Shirts are included with pre-registration fees. Not guaranteed for same day restrations.
Available Shirt Sizes: S M L XL and XXL
Note: Shirt sizes are Adult Male sizes.

1 Mile Run $20 Pre-Registered ($25 on race day)
5K RUN $25 Pre-Registered ($30 on race day)
Family Pak $45 (Up to 4 in a family in either race ($55 on race day)
Note: Online Registration also includes an additional processing $3.50 fee ($4.45 for Family Pak).

Register online by October 18, 2024 to guarantee getting a race shirt.
4. Race Day - Register early morning on race day, October 19, 2024 starting at 7:00 am
Race shirts are not guaranteed with Race day registration.
Waivers are Signed on Race Day.
